Expert Q&A

I'm a mother of three who works full time. I feel pulled in a million different directions, which is making me easily frustrated. How can I become more centered?
A simple centering technique I recommend is stopping for a few moments to follow your breath. Sit quietly. Take a deep breath. Let it out. Do that again for a minute or two and then go on with your busy life. Taking a few of these breaks to center yourself with your breath during the day will stop you from feeling scattered and build your energy.
