I wanted to post a short little update so that you will know that we are all okay (well, somewhat) and what we have been up to.
Since I last left you (months ago) Lexi has had strep throat roughly every three weeks. Doesn’t make for a very happy family I’ll tell ya!! She feels like crap (who wouldn’t) and has been sharing her “joy” with all of us and her germs with Kimmi. Poor Kimbers has strep again now and Mackenna has an ear infection, a cold, getting new teeth and oh yeah, in the past three days has become afraid of the dark!! What’s a Mom to do??
Actually we have a game plan, as I type this, all three of the girls are on antibiotics for whatever ails them. Lexi is scheduled to have her tonsils and her adenoids removed at 10:30 tomorrow and I plan to catch up on some much needed sleep in one of those oh so comfortable chairs in the hospital waiting room.
I apologize once again for not updating as I should, but computer time has simply been a luxury that I cannot afford right now. I owe everyone I know an e-mail and I think that people are beginning to think that I died or forgot them ~ I HAVEN’T!!!
I promise in the very near future I will post an update about all of our comings and goings and get back to everyone who still remembers or cares about me!! LOL!!
From me and mine to your and yours ~ Stephanie
P.S. If you could, please keep Lexi in your thoughts and prayers for an easy surgery and quick recovery, though I’m sure that everything will be fine.
