Analisa ~ 2 years 1 month
Abriella ~ 3weeks 2 days
You know I often obsess about what we don’t have. There is never enough money, bills are piling up, the house is way too small, we have no yard, and the list goes on. But then there are stories you hear or things that that happen that make you realize just how good we have it. And this is the time of year to really remember that it is that you have to be thankful for.
So with that said I have to say I have never felt more thankful or blessed in my life. I look at my beautiful, healthy girls and I wonder how I could have gotten so lucky.
I am thankful for a husband that loves me, 2 healthy and beautiful daughters, my family that is always there, and friends that are great!
Today is Scott’s and my 3rd anniversary. He bought me a new camera. My mom just bought us one last Christmas but Analisa got to it too many times and to get it repaired we could buy a cheaper one for less. So that is what we did. And I definitely did not want an expensive one for that very reason. He is also taking the 3 of us girls out to dinner tonight. I have to decide where to go. Any suggestions. I am not sure where I want to go yet.
Speaking of cameras and pictures, I have got to start taking lots of pics. I look at how many pics where taken of Ana by now and feel guilty. Abriella is way behind already. So that is on my list.
Abriella’s baptism is on December 14th. We are going to have a brunch here after. It is not going to be big at all. I am only inviting our immediate families, my godfather’s family and 2 of my friends and their families. That is plenty for me. I can not fit anyone else in this house. I am buying a cake, my Dad is going to make a ham, my Mom is going to make coffee cakes, and I am making some type of egg casserole. I have to decide what else to make with that. I think I will mostly just have appetizer/finger food type of stuff. Any suggestions, any recipes, please share.
Analisa is still adjusting pretty well. She has her moments. I think mostly she is sick of being in the house so much. We were always out and about. So that is probably the biggest change for her. Having Abriella here doesn’t seem to be too bad, but I think that is because she is use to me watching other kids. Hopefully she stays this way.
Well, I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving and holiday weekend.
Remember to think about what it is that you are thankful for.
I will try to post some new pics soon, so keep checking the girls websites.
