Analisa 30 months
Abriella 5 months
So much going on, I only hope I can remember everything I wanted to write about.
A friend of mine has passed away. She dealt with Lupus for many years.
Tiffany, I will miss you. I am so sorry I have not kept in better touch the last few years. You always made work so much more fun when you were there. I was always hoping it would be a day that you would be working. I am so happy that you made it to your dream of nursing. I bet you were a fantastic nurse. You were only here for 26 years but you made an impact in so many lives. I am so sorry that your time here was so short but I know you are in a better place. You will be sorely missed.
~House Update~
The contract is signed. YEAH! We close May 7th!!! So much to do in the next few weeks. We will be staying in my parents finished basement for the summer while our home is being built.
~Easter~
For those loyal readers of mine, you may remember how I asked about your Christmas traditions. Well, now I want to know all about your Easter traditions. Does the Easter bunny come? Where does he put the baskets? Does he hide eggs? What kind real? Plastic? If plastic, what is in them?
The Easter bunny came! He puts the girls’ baskets in front of the fireplace. Analisa received 2 puzzles, roller skates, bubbles, and a Pochantos doll. Abriella received a new Fisher Price crib toy, a Baby Einstein toy, and 3 other little toys. They both made out pretty well. Analisa then found lots of the plastic eggs that the Easter bunny left. In the eggs she found stickers, jelly beans and change for her piggy bank.
When I was younger the Easter Bunny left our baskets at the end of our bed or next to it. But I want to see them when they see their baskets so I requested to the Easter Bunny to put them in the family room. Scott use to have to find his basket but that would be too hard to do when they are set up all pretty. Plus, not everything always fits into the basket.
The Easter Bunny hid real and plastic eggs for me and my siblings. But that was before they said you can’t leave hard boiled eggs out for a long period of time.
Abriella is growing so much. I just love watching the interaction between my two girls. They are so cute together. They just adore one another. How long will that last?!
Abriella has started sitting up on her now. She is loving her food. She is a great eater. Analisa on the other hand is not. But I suppose that is a toddler for you. What does your toddler like to eat? Analisa could live off of chicken nuggets and French fries. I am trying to change that. She does like to eat her fruit and she also likes those little red tomatoes. So those are much better choices.
I am looking forward to getting a pool pass at the pool by my parent’s house. Analisa loves it there. I think I will also try to get her into swim lessons again.
I always feel like there was so much that I wanted to write about but when it comes time to actually sit down and write. It is not there. Wait, I think I have written this before… Oh well. I am not sure when I will sit down again to write. It may not be until after we have settled into my parents.
Please tell me about your Easter traditions.
Thanks for reading!
