Second what the heck is going on the with slow moving diaries around here? Lori over at BT is thinking of closing her diary because she asked to be moved so long ago and nothing has happened! We need to get some fire under their buns! :)

5 weeks tomorrow -
Well, now that this whole thing is starting to get more real the fear is setting in. In the past I have related most of my fears to not having enough information about something. This is where you all come in.
At my last appointment the doctor started to tell me about some testing options for the next time we became pregnant. I guess the two that I have questions about are CVS and amnio. In case you don't all know already, Clayton's brain failed to develop past the brain stem. The doctor thought this was due to early cell division gone wrong and nothing genetic. Clayton also had spina bifida and cleft pallet. (sp)
Based on all of this information, what tests would you have done? Mike thinks we should get the works, he doesn't want to take any chances...I am really torn and would like to hear some of your experiences. The one good thing about CVS is that is can be performed so early. I do like that.
Thank you all so much! I look forward to hearing all of your stories and thoughts!
Love Nicole
P.S. - This is totally not related...but did any of you read the contest winner thing at the bottom of Mom's Today main page? It says my name, but then it talks about someone else? What the heck?
