Nicole's Diary Entries

Thank you so much for your replies to my post about Maxwell. He is still stuttering but I feel more confident that it is just a stage that will pass. Thanks Ladies!

My doctor called me yesterday and revealed that my blood tests did not turn out very well. My wonderful Liver is just not cooperating. He said that he was going to consult with another OBGYN and then call me back today. He thinks that he will start me on steroids for 5 days. He says he thinks this might slow the Liver a bit as well as help to make that little one grow a little faster. I will keep you posted about what he decides.

The itching has definitely begun. My morning begins at about 3:00 when I can absolutely not sleep for one more minute. The itching in my hands and feet in intense and becomes the worst in the evening. My stomach has started to become itchy as well so it seems that my Cholestasis has begun even sooner this time. Hopefully the steroids will help.

I would like to send a special message out to Jeanette’s friend who lost little Jack. I understand your pain and I am so sorry that you have had to be faced with this. You are in my thoughts and heart.

Last but not least I wanted to wish Stephanie and her family a wonderful vacation! I hope you all have a wonderful time!

I will update when I know more…oh yeah by the way Maxwell is fabulous as usual! More pictures to come soon!!

Love Nicole
