As for 10:45 this morning...
I had 39.5 million of Chris's best swimmers gunnin' at the target(s). Go boys, go!!!! :banana Gee, where is a sperm emoticon when you need one?! :lol
The nurse said everything looked great, my uterus looked nice and 'ripe' (good, we'd hate for it to be overripe), and that Chris gave a good sample. He seemed quite proud of himself when he came home from his part and cheerily told me, "Mission Accomplished!" so I wasn't surprised on that one. ;)
Now I wait. Oh, and no heavy lifting or weed-pulling, lawn-mowing, or vacuuming for me today. Darn the luck. :grin She said that if I don't get my period in 17 days (SEVENTEEN?) to come in on the 18th day for bloodwork. They used to say 14, which is probably what I will do since we're going out of town on the 19th day, and what good is one hCG blood draw when there's no time for a 48-hour repeat (if you're wondering - no good at all)?!
On my way home I did a little shopping at Old Navy and bought some milk, then I parked it on the couch for over an hour, just for good measure. Katie's still asleep, so I might just go park back there.
Talk to you girls later!
