**YEEEE-HAW!!**

I think I may lose my mind.

We recently purchased a DVD player. (We already own one, but alas, it is in Canada, with most of our belongings, as we cannot afford to ship it all down.)

"So? What is the big deal?" you may ask. Well, I will tell you. My daughter has become OBSESSED with the movie, Toy Story 2. Now, this is a great little film and I really enjoyed it...at first. But now we watch it (and I am not kidding) at least 3 times a day... the WHOLE MOVIE!!! I know every single, stinkin' word in that movie! The song, "Woody's Roundup" is stuck in my head constantly! I REALLY hope this obsession passes quickly. LOL. Anyone have a kid that fixated on something like that for a while?

**CHOMPERS**

Sarah has been sprouting teeth left and right lately. She now has 10 in total. 3 molars, and then 7 front teeth (4 on top, 3 on the bottom). They always take me by surprise- she'll be cranky for no reason, and by the time I figure out what's wrong- BAM! the tooth is there. I feel so bad for her when she's in pain, though. Most of the time, I just use Baby Orajel, but if I think she's going to have a rough night, I give her Motrin about an hour before bed. That always does the trick.

**THE SWEETEST THING...**

Sarah starting doing the sweetest thing the other day. I bought her this baby doll, to kind of get her used to the idea of having a brother. (Not the same, I know, but it's a start.) Anyway, she lifted up her shirt and said "milkies" and proceeded to "nurse" her baby! I thought it was so great, but DH totally wigged. I asked him why, and he said he didn't want her doing that in public. I told him it's good that she knows how babies are fed- I want her to know that God created women's bodies to feed their children. Most kids grow up thinking bottles are the only way to feed a baby. I am proud of my little smartie! =)

**CONFUSING LITTLE GUY...**

I am about 19 weeks PG now with our son (still feels weird to say that!), and he is making me a little nutty. Every time I think I have finally, TRULY felt him move... he stops! I will feel something a few days in a row, then nothing for days. This has been going on for weeks now. I was worried at first, but every dr.'s visit brings a strong heartbeat, and he looked great in the ultrasound, so...

At the ultrasound, they told me my placenta was in the front, so I think that is why I am not feeling it that often. I can't remember, but I believe the same thing happened with Sarah. They said I didn't have placenta previa, though, so that's good, right? Anyone else have their placenta in front during their pregnancy? Did it take longer for you to feel the kicks? Just curious...

My next dr.'s appt. is this Tuesday, July 22nd.

**GETTING ORGANIZED**

This may not be the most exciting topic, but it is a big deal in my life, so I thought I'd mention it. See, I have never been really good at keeping up with all the household chores. (Gasp! I'm a SAHM who can't manage to clean her house! Egads! LOL.) Anyway, I was getting really sick of looking at the messes piling up, so I decided to make a weekly schedule. Monday, clean the bathrooms & kitchen, Tuesday, laundry, etc.

Now this may seem like a no-brainer to most of you, but for me this is a huge breakthrough! LOL. So, I am pretty excited about this. If anyone has anymore tips for making a household run smoothly, I would REALLY love to hear from you.

**TALK TO ME: RECAP OF MY QUESTIONS**

Have any of you had your toddler become obsessed with a particular movie/TV show/book/toy...anything really? And how did you maintain your sanity until the phase passed?

Did anyone else have their placenta in front during their pregnancy? Did it take longer for you to feel the kicks?

Do you have any good household tips for this novice? LOL.

Thanks for stopping by!

Until Next Time,

Jennifer
