Not much to update, just some random things..

Halloween was so much fun! Last Sunday we went to the Howl-O-Ween at the zoo, then we had a party in Joey's class that I helped with and last night we all went to trick or treat. In my neighborhood it's mainly older people and since my kids are soooooo cute, especially in their costumes they got lots of candy. Joshie especially got all the grandmas and grandpas to give him extra candy. (Of course they are not getting all of it, only 1 piece a day, and Jon will be taking a lot of it to work with him.)

Last Wednesday Joshie had a bad ear infection that we had to spend a couple of hours in the ER for. Poor baby. Just when he was ok with sleeping in his own bed he gets sick and of course wants to sleep in my bed, and I let him because he felt so crummy. He's doing lots better now so we're starting it all over again.

Ok, is 6 almost 7 the magical age when kids get into the Yu-Gi-Oh! cards? Because I swear, a few months ago Joey could walk by the display in the store without a second glance and now he HAS TO HAVE THEM ALL!!!! And those things are so expensive. So we buy him some with the strict rule that they have to stay at home. Well he snuck 35 of them to school and came home with 7! His teacher told me about him taking them and when I asked why they were gone he said he gave them away because his friends liked them. So, no more for him, which helps my wallet out but makes me sad because he can't have the thing that he loves. Oh well. It's part of being a mom.

Ok that's it for now...till next time, Jenjen
