Introduction

Sorry I took so long. First I want to say thank you to Rebekah, Raelyn, Bridgett and everyone on this board for your constant words and support. I don't know what I would do without you. You are like my life line to sanity right now. I appreciate everyone here so much.

Now for today's update - I sound like a news person now. I have been able to find a job at another law firm in downtown. It was a little bit of a paycut but not too bad. But it is almost like culture shock. At my old job I worked 60 hour weeks, never took lunch and worked every Saturday practically. I am now working 8:30 to 5:00, taking lunch and I even bet two breaks per day! It is like a foreign concept to me to go home when its still daylight out. But so far it seems ok hopefully it will work out.

On the homefront. My little babies are so adorable. (I have to put pictures up I know). My angel son learned to say cat, and he says ashes (like in ring a round the rosy) and he is just always so happy. When I got home today he yelled "mama" and put his little chubby arms up to be picked up. I don't know what better feeling there is than that.

Amber Leigh, my little Amber Leigh. She is not your average three year old. I know alot of people say that about their kids but let me tell you a little bit about her. Amber does not like to play with toys very much and she doesn't have much interest in cartoons and such. She is very very social but doesn't seem to interested in the "kid stuff". She insists on watching britney spears and christina aguilera videos. And she does not stop singing. Now that's not the strange part I know many kids sing. But my little girl insists that I play Tiny Dancer by Elton John and can sing most of the words to American Pie. She listens to Rolling Stones, No Doubt and Bon Jovi. She also loves rave. Do other three year olds do this? Or do they maybe evolve into liking all the kid stuff? I am thrilled that she is so musically inclined. My husband and I are both very musical but I want her to enjoy being a child also. Does anyone know of a way to get her intersted in toys and such?

As for me. I am still in a rather depressed state I think. Working has helped (the whole two days I have been working). But the eating is not much better. I just can't stop. I try and I try but I will always reach for the oreo, or the doughnuts or anything else I find even when I am so full I could burst. I can't explain it but it is starting to scare me a little. It is almost like I can't stop.

I have rambled on for a while now so I will wrap this up and will post again soon.

Much love and blessings to all of you.
