Ok, so we have NO idea what we are doing for the boys birthday party. UGH! All the places around here gives limits of 8 to 10 kids. Yeah, that's not going to work! We got too many kids that will attend the party/parties. But the more kids the better I say. Don is going to check with his boss about using one of the club houses on the other properties. This could turn out to be a cool idea. If we can do it. IF so we will have the boys party at one of the club houses, with 2 different cakes, loads of kids and parents, and games to play. What fun! I already have a few games picked out. In a way I can't wait. I know most of the kids and there parents so this will be so much fun! Now just to buy everything for the party.
Austin's turn to stay with Grandma. Tuesday my mother in law came and got Noah for the night. Ahhh, peace at last. Well till Austin came home making lots of noise. But I can get things done while Austin is playing. With Noah around that is impossible! Such the busy guy that Noah is, he just doesn't let mom get anything done. Let along trying to keep the house half way looking right. It's amazing to me how much 2 boys can tear a place apart. Sheesh! Well yesterday evening it was Austin's turn to stay with Grandma. Humm, now to get things figured out to where she takes one and I get my mom to take the other. Then Don and I can go out, just the 2 of us. Anyway, today I decide "let's take Noah and go do something together!" Good idea huh. Well the plan in my head was to go to Petsmart. A local pet store where you can take your pet in with you. On Saturdays the local animal rescue and humane society brings animals to get adopted out. In MY head I thought this would be great. Noah loves dogs, and since Austin was not with us we would be able to go in and out with no kids getting mad that we didn't buy a dog there. Right?! WRONG! We walked about, looked at the dogs and cats for adoption. Then inside to see the fish, lizards, birds, etc. Watched dogs being groomed. Then we left, but not without Noah screaming like someone cut his leg off. OH my gosh!!!! He finally calmed down, huh this kids loves dogs! He goes nuts everytime he sees one. And if Austin would have been with us, he would have been VERY mad that he didn't get a dog. Geez! So then Don drove us to the park, this was a great idea. NOT SO MUCH! We stayed and played, and played. Then time to go home, Don started feeling chest pains. Noah screamed his head off all the way home! OH my! What a lovely day out with the family ;-)
Austin decided to stay another night and grandmas. So we go and pick him up tomorrow afternoon. He loves being with grandma so much.
Noah came into my room today, with the diaper off, and handed it to me. "Mama, I pee!" I say now son you can't run around naked. Cause this is usually what he wants is to run naked through the apartment. The diaper has poo in it! YUCK! So I ran to the bathroom to catch him and wipe him down. Nope, he is on the potty. And it was too cute, he was pointing at his boy area and saying "eww! eww!" I then realize he has peed! We praise this through the roof! Clapping, screaming for joy, etc. I couldn't believe he actually went pee. Such a big boy!
