Thought I would update before leaving on my trip.
Austin is doing very well in school. He is getting good marks on his papers he brings home. Makes a mom happy! Now we have a fundraiser to work on. There are prizes and he as informed us which on he wants. Of course it is the biggest prize. Ha! So we will work hard to get that for him. He also brought home a flyer about joining cub scouts. So Don will be taking him to the meeting this week to join. It will take place while I am gone, but it is something Don wants to do with Austin. If Austin decides to join it will work great cause the meetings are in the evenings after Don gets off work.
Noah, let's just call him the naked baby. He has been removing the diaper constantly. Right along with the words, "I pee!" And that is a repeated phrase. He has even mastered taking off his shorts then the diaper. Oh Boy! He hasn't peed on the potty yet. So I gotta figure out what to do here. He runs to the bathroom, saying "I pee!" then sits on the potty, then gets up and wants to run naked. Screams when we put a diaper on him. Tried putting underwear on him and he peed through those after a while. I know deep down inside it is time to start potty training. But I have to figure out how to link the "I pee!" with actually peeing in the potty. Any suggestions?
Well I am leaving today! I stay the night in a hotel, then up at 3 am tomorrow morning, get to the airport at 4:40 and meet up with the rest of the class. We will leave out on the ship Monday afternoon. This is my first flight, and first cruise. Heck, it is the first time I will ever be in Florida! I guess you could say this will be an ALL around new experience.
The downside is I am sick. Yep! Got a sinus infection. UGH! I hope I get better soon. I even woke up at 3 am with a migraine headache! I thought I was going to die! Going to take some meds with me to get over this junk. Today I have to get this house cleaned, and run to the store before leaving. Besides that, everything is pretty much done around here.
I will post an new entry after I return from my trip.
