Well, this past weekend seemed almost like a repeat of "The weekend to remember". Friday evening,Carrie & Rusty(my PREGNANT dd & her WONDERFUL husband) arrived,as well as my Aunt Sophy for the Gator/FL A&MU game.My Aunt Sophy is a UofF graduate(1953) and comes here every year to march & play during half time in the band - alumnis band weekend. Carries belly seemed so much bigger than when I had seen her 2 weeks before. I got lots of Amelia rubs in!Rusty was getting over a cold and Saturday morning found us in our jammies curled up with various comforters, watching Croc Files & Kids Trading Spaces. Will arrived in the afternoon and one of his friends that was going to the game and Caitlin & one of her friends going to the game and everyone needed showers at the same time! I woke up sometime during the night Sat night to find Caitlin, her friend AND Carrie (Rustys coughing drove her out of the bedroom)all sleeping on our gigantic sectional couch and Will sprawled on a smaller couch in the family room.I keep thinking that we can get rid of the mongo couch and get something smaller but not yet,I suppose! Sunday,we went to church and Jacob & Susannah & the other younger children at church sang several Sunday school songs in big church. They were adorable!!!! One little boy who is Susannahs age had a little beanie baby type leopard and he kept twirling it around by the tail as he sang. After church we went to the library and ran errands.I ran into another HSing mom that I have never talked to before and we gabbed for awhile. She has always reminded me of me! well,me before I gained 15 lbs! Slender and just a little bit of gray starting to glimmer in the hair and she wears her hair clipped up like I often do.It turns out she has 9 children! she looks great! When I got home Sunday afternoon I found more large children sleeping on my couch and was thrilled to find an email from PT diarywriter Lisa saying her water had broken & she had gone to the hospital. Yesterday morning, she called me to tell me the good news.I had the "leopard by the tail" boy and his older sister over to play yesterday for most of the day. This morning,I asked Susannah if she would like eggs for breakfast and she replied:"I not like eggs! You can see Im not an egg girl". These kids! And the funny things they say! We got into a funny discussion on one of my online groups the other day about kids terms for genitals.Mine have always gone with the pee-pee or privates.Moms who were set upon using correct terms said that the kids call them something else anyway - the funniest ones were "bear china & peanut".I guess you never get too old for a little potty humor.... HUGE congratulations to my good internet friend Lisa on the birth of her babe Corenn & also to Khy on the birth of Abigail. Im also very excited for Heidi & Jackie over at precon after their positive pregnancy tests recently. May God bless you all till next time,Catherine
