Happy Halloween

October 30, 2007

Happy Halloween. Tonight is trick or treat night and Abbey decided at the very last minute that she did in fact want to go trick or treating so we rushed around the house and off she went to Kaylee's (our next door neighbor) with a dress up dress and a tiara. All along she had been telling me she didn't want to go and Kaylee asked her to go so now she is going. Emmy is dressing as Little Red Riding hood. She is so cute. Mike made her cape because I kept putting it off.

I spoke with the student liaison for t he PA program and she told me not to worry too much about my low GPA that it can be worked around. So my pursing this is not a total waste of time. If I can show I am willing to work now. My husband is skeptical. He says he knows I can do it but that I have a great track record of not following through with anything hard. So we will see. Mike goes back to work in two days after almost 3 months off with disc surgery. I have no idea how I feel about this. In a way I am happy because we have seen more of each other in the last 3 months than we have in the 9 years we have been married and I am afraid anymore time and we may get divorced.  No seriously we do joke (kinda) that we spend 16 hours out of the day mad at each other. It has been nice to have him home to watch Em while I walk to the school to get Abbey or do any number of errands I normally wouldn't get to do. Then there is the fact that he has been doing dishes and cooking. I am a terrible SAHM. It's a wonder he hasn't fired me yet.
