Lose weight by keeping track of your allotted food points for the day. Each food is given a point value, which is determined by how much fat, fiber and calories it contains. Vickie Jones, of Alexandria, Va., is too busy to fit in a weekly Weight Watchers meeting, so this has been a successful alternative for her. She has lost more than 30 pounds to date.
