Abs and thighs tend to be the most troublesome spots on women. "The thighs are generally the most prevalent place where women store fat. "The difference in training for your body type will be in the number of repetitions required," Schoenfeld says and suggests women target their problem areas with multiple exercises. By changing the movements from one workout to the next, women can enhance muscle development while minimizing boredom.
