Foods and Drinks to Avoid While Cleansing
  • Nuts, except raw almonds and seeds
  • Mushrooms
  • Cheese, sour cream, buttermilk
  • Fruits, except green apples
  • Dried and candied fruits such as raisins
  • Alcohol, soda, coffee, ciders
  • Yeast foods such as breads and pastries and white rice or pasta
  • Sugar, including sucrose, fructose, maltose, lactose, glucose, maple syrup, honey and artificial sweeteners
  • Condiments and vinegar products such as mayonnaise, pickles, MSG and ketchup

Foods and Drinks to Enjoy While Cleansing
  • Clean water
  • Fresh vegetables and Granny Smith or green apples
  • Green vegetable juices
  • Buckwheat, amaranth, spelt, millet, quinoa and teff grains
  • All fish except shellfish
  • Organic chicken, turkey and eggs
  • Lemons and limes
  • Butter
  • Raw almonds and seeds, raw almond butter
  • Herbal teas

seriously. another website i saw made me terrified saying that your unborn baby will have a 90% chance of having autism. that has been one of my biggest fears after working with autistic children. i have 1 seemingly perfect baby already who is obviously a handful at 13 months, i can't imagine adding a child with special needs that i could have changed had i known about this before it got so severe. I am self diagnosed at this poiint, but i am 100% sure this is exactly what i have been dealing with for months.

This article was helpful and encouraging. There should be more articles out there for women suffering from Candida.
