Here's a sample exercise from Schoolhouse Workout:

  • Touch your toes and reach up high – 10 times.
  • Run in place – 10 times.
  • Sit down on chair and stand back up – 10 times.
  • March in place – 10 times.
  • Arm punches to the sky – 10 times.
  • Take a deep breath in through the nose. Exhale out through the mouth. Repeat breathing three times.
