What Helped Trista and Ryan Conceive
Trista and Ryan Sutter used a product called OV Watch to help them conceive.
"OV Watch is a valuable tool that couples can use to accurately predict the entire fertility window," Trista says. "It is a comfortable elastic-banded watch that you wear at night. Through its sensors, it gathers information on the fluctuations of chloride ions in your perspiration and tells you the actual day of ovulation as well as the crucial four days prior. Therefore, it gives you knowledge of a greater time frame than any other technology out there, which helps couples plan efficiently.
"It helped Ryan and [me] in so many ways. It was comfortable and didn't affect my sleep cycle. It told me so much about my body that I didn't know before, and the best part was that it gave us the days that had the highest likelihood of conceiving."
