Devil Costume
Sweat suit costumes are great for babies and toddlers because they are comfortable and cute! And what's even better, if you remove the stitching, you can re-use the sweat suit when Halloween is over. Here's how to make these easy costumes:
- A red sweat suit with hood
- Needle and red thread
- Swatch of material that matches sweat suit (doesn't have to be exact)
- Paper and pencil and scissors
- Small amount of stuffing
Horns:
Draw four long horns onto the paper, making them bigger than you actually want them to be, then cut them out. Fold the swatch of fabric in half and trace the horns on. Cut out the horns and then stitch two horns together, leaving the bottom open for stuffing. Be sure to make the seam at least 1 inch into the fabric so that it doesn't come apart. Then, turn the fabric inside out. Repeat with the remaining horns. Stuff the horns tightly. Put aside. Next, cut a long arrow shape about 6 inches by 12 inches out of the remaining fabric. Put aside.
